  • You can return our products within 10-15 days of delivery. Returns are fully refunded.
  • For a successful refund or replacement, please return the products in their original packaging along with brand outer packaging, price tags attached, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging.
  • Products that are listed as “non-returnable” are those that are made at the time of placing the order. If, however, you receive a damaged, defective or different item than what you ordered, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
  • You might be contacted by us in order to confirm the damage or defect in the product before a refund or replacement is issued.
  • Replacements are subject to availability, so if the seller does not have the exact same product, a refund will be provided.
  • It is important to note that we will not accept returns of products that have been used, laundered, or damaged by the customer.
  • We do not refund the cost of delivery for returns/refunds, but we will cover the cost of delivering replacement items.
  • Once an exchange/refund is received, please allow up to 3-5 working days for it to be processed.
  • Once we receive the returned items, your original payment method will be credited within 7-8 business days.
