This Privacy Policy explains how Rocieo Industries Limited (“Rocieo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal data when you visit www.rocieoindustries.com (the “Website”), buy our products or contact us. It applies to our brands Khushi’s, Healthy Hunger and Choco’Me.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account and order details: name, mobile number, email address, billing and delivery address, and order history.
  • Business details (for distributors and wholesale buyers): business name, GSTIN, business address, contact person and trade references.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone, contact forms, reviews or surveys.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, time spent and referring website.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

Payment information

Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking passwords. These are handled directly by the payment gateway under its own security standards.

2. How we use your information

  • To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to send order and delivery updates.
  • To provide customer support and handle returns, refunds and complaints.
  • To review and manage distributor and wholesale applications and accounts.
  • To send offers, new product launches and recipes, only where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
  • To improve the Website, our products and your shopping experience.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse, and to comply with legal, tax (GST) and accounting obligations.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

  • Logistics partners (for example, Shiprocket and its courier partners) to deliver your orders.
  • Payment gateway (Razorpay) to process payments and refunds.
  • Service providers who help us run the Website, such as hosting, email, analytics and messaging providers, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Government or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

4. Data storage and security

We use reasonable security practices, including SSL encryption, access controls and secure hosting, to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records under GST law). After that, we delete or anonymise it.
