  • 4 slices of your favourite bread (French bread, baguette, or any crusty bread works well)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Khushi’s Garlic Magic seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). If you prefer to use a pan, you can preheat it over medium heat on the stove.

Khushi’s Garlic Naan

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add the plain yogurt and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Gradually add warm water while kneading the dough until it forms a smooth and elastic dough. The dough should be soft but not sticky. Knead for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
  4. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into equal-sized balls.
  5. Preheat your oven to the highest temperature setting or preheat a skillet or tawa over medium-high heat.
  6. Roll out each dough ball into a thin oval or round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and Khushi’s Garlic Magic seasoning.
  8. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over one side of the rolled-out dough.
  9. If using an oven, place the garlic naan on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until puffed up and golden brown.
  10. If using a skillet or tawa, place the garlic naan buttered side down on the preheated surface. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until bubbles start to form on the surface. Flip the naan and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown spots appear on the underside.
  11. Once cooked, remove the garlic naan from the oven or skillet.
  12. Optionally, brush the cooked garlic naan with more garlic butter mixture for extra flavour.
  13. Serve the Khushi’s Garlic Magic seasoned garlic naan hot with your favourite curry or enjoy it on its own.

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon Khushi’s Garlic Ginger Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Khushi’s Peri Peri Magic seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons green chutney
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Khushi’s Red Chili Flakes
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing the marinade for the chicken. In a large mixing bowl, combine salt, black pepper, cooking oil, Khushi’s Garlic Ginger Mix, Khushi’s Peri Peri Magic seasoning, green chutney, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

  3. After marinating, remove the chicken breasts from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.

  5. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on the outside. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
  6. While cooking, sprinkle Khushi’s Red Chili Flakes and additional Khushi’s Peri Peri Magic seasoning over the chicken for extra flavour and spice.
  7. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a serving plate.
