These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.rocieoindustries.com (the “Website”), operated by Rocieo Industries Limited (CIN: U15495GJ2019PTC109542), with its registered office at 901, Abhijyot Square, behind Bhaskar House, S.G. Highway, next to Vodafone Building, Vastrapur Station Road, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380054, India (“Rocieo”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Please give accurate and complete information, especially your delivery address and phone number.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that are used for fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms.

3. Products and information

  • We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Actual colour, texture and packaging may vary slightly due to natural ingredients, batches and screen settings.
  • Ingredients, nutritional information, allergen information, net quantity, MRP, best-before date and FSSAI details are printed on the product label. Please always read the label before use, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Product information on the Website is for general information only and is not medical or nutritional advice. See our Disclaimer.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • Prices on the Website may differ from the MRP printed on the pack, but will never be higher than the MRP.
  • We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price due to a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Orders

  • An order is confirmed only after we send an order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, an undeliverable address or unusually large quantities. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
  • We may limit the quantity of a product that can be bought in one order. Bulk and wholesale purchases are handled through our Wholesale Enquiry page.

6. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Coupons and offers

  • Offers and coupon codes are valid only for the stated period and conditions, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Only one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change or withdraw any offer at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse offers.

8. Reviews and content you submit

When you post a review, comment or photo, you confirm it is genuine and your own, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on the Website and our social media. We may remove content that is false, abusive, offensive or unrelated to the product.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including the Rocieo, Khushi’s, Healthy Hunger and Choco’Me names and logos, product images, packaging designs, text and graphics, belongs to Rocieo Industries Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorised access, uploading harmful code, placing fake orders, or reselling products bought at retail prices as a business without a distributor agreement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions or government restrictions). Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to first contact our Grievance Officer to resolve any issue. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Website at the time of your order applies to that order.
