Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver Khushi’s, Healthy Hunger and Choco’Me products across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket and its courier network.
1. Shipping charges
- Free delivery on all prepaid and COD orders of ₹500 and above.
- For orders below ₹500, a delivery charge applies, shown at checkout before you pay: ₹40 within Ahmedabad, ₹80 for the rest of Gujarat and ₹120 for the rest of India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a flat handling fee of ₹25 anywhere in India. Pay online with UPI, cards or net banking to avoid the COD fee.
2. Dispatch time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

These are estimates. Delivery can take longer due to weather, festivals, courier delays or local restrictions.
4. Serviceable areas
We deliver to most PIN codes in India. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be told at checkout. Cash on Delivery may not be available at all PIN codes.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can also track it on our Track Order page using your order number or AWB number.
6. Delivery attempts
- The courier will usually make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable.
- If the order cannot be delivered because the address is wrong, nobody is available or the parcel is refused, it will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, we will refund the product value minus the forward and return shipping charges. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account.
7. Damaged or tampered package
Please check the parcel at delivery. If the outer box is damaged, open or tampered with, you can refuse it, or accept it and report it to us within 48 hours with photos and an unboxing video. See our Return & Refund Policy.
